Let's Talk PTSD

Mine just happen to be in a war where many of trauma came from, after going through for many of years I have found  one thing all of them have in common. That is that this enemy will  tell you that you're the only person that think the way you do and act or do things that you may be doing. I am here to tell that is just the enemy talking to you known as (PTSD), so don't listen to it because you are not alone I am here. With some healing from the many lesson I went through with this enemy. I have wrote this book that I know will help you out of your darkness to the light that I found. Where you can find the freedom to take your life back, and return home to your love that need you and miss you.
